Is there a lounge or bar car on the Caledonian Sleeper?

Yes — the social heart of the Caledonian Sleeper is the Club Car, which acts as its lounge and bar. It's a relaxed space with comfortable booths and swivel seats by the windows, where you can enjoy a late-night drink, a meal or snack featuring Scottish produce, or simply watch the sunset and sunrise pass by. There's also on-board Wi-Fi in the Club Car if you want to catch up before bed. Access is primarily for guests staying in rooms, and Club En-suite and Caledonian Double guests get priority; it's also where complimentary breakfast is served (or breakfast can be delivered to your en-suite room). In addition to the on-train Club Car, there are station Guest Lounges — at London Euston and Scottish stations — reserved for Club En-suite and Caledonian Double ticket holders, where you can relax before departure or after arrival, sometimes with early boarding. Guests in a reclining Seat or Classic Room have more limited access to the Club Car, so if the lounge-and-bar experience matters to you, book a Club or Caledonian Double room. Exact hours, menus and access rules vary by route and can change, and the Club Car can get busy on popular nights, so head there early.
